We also offer SSL certificates for those that need an e-commerce webshop or other similar facilities and we use the industry standard 128bit encryption, to ensure the best possible protection for your customers, although the final bit rate will depend on the connection between the browser and server.

Website Statistics

Viewing your traffic details is very important to analyse the success of your website and any marketing campaigns that you may be running. We use graphical web log analysers to provide an accurate, up to date snapshot of how your site is performing.

We also take advantage of Google's 'Analytics' package that stores detailed information about your visitors so you can monitor trends. Its worth noting however that a server side stats package will always produce more accurate statistics as it functions alongside the software that is serving up your web pages, be it static or dynamic pages. On the other hand third party packages such as Google Analtyics relies on a javascript embeded in the web page. Should a visitor have scripting switched off in their browser, that particular visit wont be recorded. Google analytics remains, however, a very useful tool.

Email accounts

The web hosting accounts come with an unlimited number of email accounts with webmail, forwarding, spam assasin and POP3 or IMAP delivery. Secure POP or IMAP is also available. New accounts or existing accounts can be edited from within the Cpanel administration area.
